Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked and secure courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by you. You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispensing. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications in accordance with UK law and GPhC guidelines, as medicines returned cannot be re-dispensed.
If you believe there has been an error with your order or you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements for genuine errors on our part will be handled promptly and fairly.
